The ideal candidate enjoys opening doors and has the technical aptitude to understand customer applications and translate requirements into manufacturable solutions. Over time, this role will evolve from heavy prospecting into long-term account ownership and relationship management./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliIdentify, pursue, and close new customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation/liliBuild a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets/liliAssess customer applications and technical requirements to recommend custom enclosure solutions/liliGather and qualify customer information to support accurate quoting and project execution/liliConsistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets/liliDevelop long-term relationships with customers as accounts mature/liliManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and ongoing support/liliCollaborate with internal engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met/liliMaintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and forecasting/liliRepresent the company professionally at customer sites, meetings, and industry interactions/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven experience in hunter-style B2B sales within industrial or manufacturing environments; OEM sales experience strongly preferred/liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings/liliStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand custom-manufactured solutions/liliExperience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures preferred/liliFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and custom fabrication/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills/liliSelf-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a nationwide territory/liliValid drivers license/liliForklift / Powered Industrial Truck certification is a plus (training available if needed)/li/ul/div
