Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our exceptional team at Payne Edinburg CDJR. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle while providing outstanding customer service. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a clean and valid driving record for the past 3 consecutive years.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
