Organización y actualización de documentos e información interna.
Coordinación con diferentes áreas del equipo para garantizar el correcto flujo de trabajo.
Apoyo operativo y administrativo en tareas diarias de la empresa.
Gestión de mensajes, correos y seguimiento de procesos internos.
Apoyo en la programación y confirmación de reuniones o entrevistas.
Ejecución de tareas diversas con actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
Excelente organización y responsabilidad.
Buena conexión a internet y disponibilidad Full Time.
Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas digitales y plataformas online.
Buena comunicación escrita y verbal.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y en equipo.
Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con deseos de crecer profesionalmente.
Experiencia previa como asistente virtual o administrativa (deseable, no obligatoria).
