• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership's standards of customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
