Your presence at the shop is all about making the customer feel good about the shop, the employees feel better about the great work they do, and when needed enforce the high standards that we preach. Your job is to also coordinate the logistics and the manpower of the work. People from the hotel/restaurant/hospitality industry (with a hobbyist understanding of cars) are encouraged to apply.
