As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your core responsibility will be generating high-quality pipeline. We believe SDRs are more critical than ever in the AI era, that the role is best AI-enhanced (not AI-replaced), and are betting big on the function. You'll be expected to use AI fluently to research accounts, personalize outreach, and scale your impact, while bringing the judgment and product expertise that AI can't replicate. This is not just another SDR role. One of our cultural values is to "get on the plane". We win by meeting customers face-to-face, so you'll represent Assembled at events, trade shows, and dinners. You'll run discovery calls and demos. And you'll grow here: 40% of our Account Executives started as SDRs. We're hiring builders - people who'd rather write the playbook than read one. You will report to our SDR Manager. We're in-person 5 days a week from our bright, airy offices in the Mission (San Francisco) and Chelsea Market (New York).

About You
The estimated on target earnings for this role is $95,000, with a base salary of $70,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
