Snelling Staffing is looking for a Residential Sales expert to drive new home sales for one of Louisiana's largest home builder companies. The ideal candidate for our client must have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. This is an exciting opportunity to fill newly built homes and grow a community. The position will be full-time working Tuesday-Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM (with one weekend off per month). The Residential Sales role will start out making $20-$22 per hour; however, once the employee has been fully trained, the position will be converted to 100% commission-based structure hovering around a range of $50,000 per year.

Previous experience in Residential Sales or Property Management is REQUIRED!! Position Duties:

• Drive sales to bring home buyers to pre-built community of homes
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new residential clients
• Showcase property features and benefits effectively
• Generate leads through networking and target marketing campaigns to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain client relationships
