Job description

divh2Territory Sales Manager/h2pOrbitalum North America is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. If you have experience in outside sales, a passion for technical solutions, and a desire to grow your career in industrial sales, we encourage you to apply./ppOrbitalums orbital welding power supplies enable precise, repeatable GTAW/TIG welds with full data recording for quality control and process optimization. Designed for high-purity applications, these systems feature an intuitive interface, automated weld program management, and advanced gas control to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance weld integrity. Our SmartWelder and MobileWelder Plus software streamline operations with auto-detection, real-time adjustments, and seamless data logging, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds with minimal heat-affected zones./ppIn this role, the territory will cover the Northwest United States - Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage complex, high-value sales cycles. You will excel at value-based selling, staying ahead of industry trends to proactively address customer needs and outperform the competition./pulliMeet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory./liliDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals./liliProvide product demonstrations and application-based solutions to customers./liliMaintain accurate sales records and enter data into CRM software./liliCollaborate with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and leadership, to ensure customer requirements are met./liliUnderstand equipment capabilities to recommend appropriate solutions./liliComply with state and federal regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures./liliRepresent the company at trade shows and industry events./liliManage multiple, complex sales opportunities and projects simultaneously./li/ululliEducation: Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required./liliExperience: Minimum of five years in a successful outside sales role, preferably in industrial or technical sales./li/ululliEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to work independently./liliStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./liliBasic knowledge of GTAW (TIG) welding; orbital welding experience preferred./liliMachining background or mechanical aptitude is a plus./liliStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a dynamic work environment./liliAbility to work remotely with minimal supervision./liliComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for product demonstrations./liliTravel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively, often exceeding 75% of the month./li/ulpAt ITW Welding, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. We are committed to maintaining equitable and competitive salaries across different regions through regular reviews and adjustments./ppSales Compensation Bonus Plan: Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the Territory Sales Manager compensation plan, which includes performance-based quarterly bonuses, allowing employees to increase their earnings through exceptional performance.
