BASE PAY PLUS BONUS! Anticipated Annual Salary $40,000 - $60,000 (depending on performance)

Some of What You'll Do:

• Contact Galpin's customers from CRM to set up appointments to review lease end options/retail renewal options. (Call, email, text)
• Review lease end options with customers with an end goal of getting them into a new vehicle
• Process trade-in paperwork for sales personnel
• Purchase vehicles from customers on behalf of Galpin
• Contact banks on behalf of Galpin and customers for payoff requests, extensions, and waivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability between 8am and 8pm (Must be able to work weekends + Holidays)
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Have or be eligible to acquire an Occupational Sales License

Other Desired Skills:

• Previous Dealership experience highly desired
• Call center experience highly desired
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 10 key typing ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Servant's Attitude
