Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift/PIT equipment to move and stage materials throughout the warehouse and yard
Receive and unload materials from tractor trailers
Load, organize, and stack roofing materials and shingle bundles
Perform physical warehouse labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking products
Build and organize pallets while maintaining proper lifting techniques
Move materials to designated locations using equipment and manual handling
Lift and carry materials weighing 50???60 lbs throughout the workday
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Work as part of a team to complete daily shipping and receiving tasks
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous warehouse, construction, roofing, or material handling experience
Experience loading/unloading tractor trailers
Experience handling building materials or heavy products
Knowledge of safe lifting and pallet stacking practices
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous forklift/PIT operating experience
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently
Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse and labor tasks
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to work in hot and outdoor conditions
Reliable attendance and willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Must complete PIT/forklift assessment
