divh2Senior Inside Sales Consultant/h2pAs a Senior Inside Sales Consultant, you will work with families who have already begun their search with A Place for Mom and guide them through the final stages of their decision./ppThis is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role focused on re-engaging families, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and converting interest into move-ins./ppYou will be responsible for consistent follow-up, strong consultative selling, and disciplined execution across every stage of the sales process./ppYou will play a critical role in helping families make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Your ability to follow through, guide effectively, and drive outcomes directly impacts both family experiences and business success./ppstrongWhat you will do:/strong/pulliManage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision./liliExecute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families./liliDrive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals when needed./liliApply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation./liliBuild trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options./liliPartner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion./liliMaintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts./liliConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations./liliParticipate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance./li/ulpstrongWhat will make you successful:/strong/pulliHigh daily activity and consistent follow-up execution/liliStrong pipeline management and organization/liliAbility to convert engaged families into move-ins/liliConsistent achievement of sales targets/liliResponsiveness to coaching and continuous improvement/li/ulpstrongWho you are:/strong/pulliA results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-activity, metrics-based environment/liliSkilled at closing and advancing deals, not just generating interest/liliHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple families and timelines simultaneously/liliComfortable owning a pipeline and being accountable for outcomes/liliCoachable, resilient, and motivated to improve performance/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulli5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales/liliProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/liliExperience managing and converting warm lead pipelines/liliStrong communication and active listening skills/liliAbility to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously)/liliProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools/liliAbility to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability/li/ulpstrongPreferred:/strong/pulliBachelors degree/liliStrongly preferred Senior Living Community Sales Experience/li/ulpstrongWork Environment:/strong/pulliFully remote role with a required dedicated home office space/liliHigh-speed, hardwired internet connection required/liliCompany-provided laptop, VOIP system, CRM access, and tools/liliSchedule includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays/li/ulpstrongCompensation:/strong/pulliHourly Base Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour)/liliOn Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus (Uncapped)/liliBenefits:/liulli401(k) plus match/liliDental Insurance/liliHealth Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliPaid Time Off/li/ul/ulpA Place for Mom is the leading platform guiding families through every stage of the aging journey.
