JOB DETAILS:

Eastern Iowa - Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opening

Join an award-winning 445-bed hospital in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor. The Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor is the #1 region for healthcare in the state of Iowa.

  • Cardiothoracic Surgery PA/NP opportunity: Required Experience: first assist in the OR, endoscopic vein harvesting, and pre/post-op consults
  • Work within a highly collegial and supportive Cardiothoracic Surgery team that is committed to excellence
  • This CTS program was recently recognized for earning the 3-star STS rating Less than 10 percent of open heart programs in the U.S. earn this STS three-star distinction
  • The program was also, once again, recognized as one of the nation’s Top 50 cardiovascular hospitals by Fortune andIBM Watson Health (only hospital to earn this ranking in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor)
  • Monday–Friday schedule with very light call schedule
  • Compensation ranges up to $225,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend provided
  • Comprehensive benefits package
