The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer supports new product introduction (NPI) by designing and implementing manufacturing tooling, specifying and installing production equipment, and developing fabrication and weld processes. This role works hands‑on with the shop floor to ensure new products are launched safely, on time, and at target cost and quality.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience: 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering or related hands-on manufacturing experience. Involvement in tooling/fixturing design or fab and weld is a plus.
Travel: Up to 25%
Work Schedule: This is a hybrid work schedule. Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
