As a Recruiting Coordinator at Latent, you will be the architect of the candidate experience. From the moment a candidate is invited to interview, their journey is yours to design.
You'll coordinate with hiring leads, communicate directly with candidates, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that every interview day runs seamlessly. On the day of interviews, you'll be the go-to expert with all the answerskeeping things running smoothly and ensuring each candidate feels welcomed, supported, and respected.
Beyond execution, you'll also research and implement new ways to elevate our recruiting processconstantly thinking creatively and iterating on how we create exceptional experiences.
