We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the full preconstruction and bidding process on a wide range of projects from $20 million to $150 million while working alongside experienced estimating professionals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing project details, working with numbers, and collaborating with teams to deliver complete, competitive proposals.
We are a General Contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering complex public and institutional projects across K12, higher education, healthcare, and civic markets. Much of our work occurs in active, occupied environments where planning, coordination, and accountability are critical.
We deliver projects across all major delivery methods, including CM Multi-Prime (CMMP), Lease-Leaseback (LLB), Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Build, and we tailor our approach to meet the needs of each client and project. Our focus on disciplined preconstruction, clear scope definition, and proactive coordination drives cost certainty, schedule reliability, and high-quality outcomes.
