Requirement

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance license in Texas.

Valid Life and Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one promptly.

Previous experience working in an agency environment or direct sales role.

Exceptional command of English for clear, friendly client interactions.

Comfort working with basic office software and digital agency management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.
