Landscape Maintenance Gardener

Location:

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Lead and other Maintenance team members in maintaining a diverse portfolio of farms, edible gardens, landscapes, and outdoor spaces across the Bay Area.
• Perform routine property and landscape maintenance, including pruning, weeding, planting, debris removal, and general site upkeep.
• Assist with irrigation setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform farm and garden tasks including planting, harvesting, crop care, soil management, and seasonal bed preparation.

Learn and apply sustainable farming and landscape management practices, including organic growing methods, soil health, and integrated pest management.

• Harvest, wash, and prepare produce for distribution to clients.
• Monitor sites for maintenance needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication and quality workmanship.
• Follow Farmscape standards, best practices, and safety procedures.
• Represent Farmscape in a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
• Drive between project sites, supply vendors, and company facilities as needed (valid driver's license required).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with farming or landscaping Valid driver’s license & proof of insurance Ability to learn and adapt to Farmscape best practices Friendly and clear communicator Organizational skills and attention to detail a must Curiosity, resourcefulness, tenacity and strong work ethic Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to perform manual work, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions To Apply : Please send resume to apply.
