Food Handler Cook
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Food Handler Cook to join our culinary team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square. As a Food Handler Cook, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including American cuisine, comfort food, and special dietary meals, in accordance with our menus and nutritional guidelines
Ensure food is prepared to high standards of quality, safety, and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and prepare meals, considering resident preferences and special dietary needs
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident requests and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
Demonstrate a strong understanding of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and nutritional requirements
Participate in quality control measures, including taste testing and menu planning
Maintain accurate records of food consumption, waste, and inventory management
