Description
Our Lady of Victory School is seeking a dedicated, joyful, and faith-filled primary grade teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment that fosters early learning and faith formation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for early childhood education and a collaborative spirit, working closely with colleagues and families to support each child’s academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
