Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to join our team. The Project Accountant provides support to our Company's Project Managers in managing the financials associated with the project assignments from our clients. This includes recognition of project costs (labor and expenses), assistance in project billing and compilation of backup, forecasting of effort, and budgeting for multiple projects. In most cases, the Project Manager sends external bills from subcontractors and vendors to the Project Accountant for review, approval, processing, and maintenance of records regarding costs and project-related expenses.
As a Project Accountant, your duties and responsibilities also include investigating billing issues and overages, as well as forecasting future costs to support the Company's ability to complete the project within budget.
