Crafted HighlightsIn the role of Health and Wellness Nurse working in the Golden Brewery you will be part of the Golden Valley Environmental Health and Safety Team. This position provides medical and health management, delivery of health services and supports employees by overseeing progress through health care process. In this role you will oversee and implement health services to ill/injured employees, including workers’ compensation, medical first response, and return-to-work programs. In addition, you will manage the occupational health testing and surveillance, and employee wellness initiatives. This role works closely with site safety, human resources, operations, and others in the identification and correction of risks and maintaining compliance with various federal and state regulations. This position reports to Sr Manager of Safety and works closely with other leadership within the Golden Valley Operations. What You’ll Be BrewingMolson Coors is an equal opportunity employer. At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $80,300.00 - $105,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
