What You’ll Do

• Whip up pretzels, smoothies, and other tasty treats that meet our quality standards.

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

• Learn our menu inside and out, including ingredients, packaging, and preparation steps.

• Handle cash and payments when assigned to register duty.

• Keep the shop clean and stocked, supporting both the dining area and kitchen stations.

• Deliver orders quickly and verify that orders are correct before they go out.

• Follow food-safety, sanitation, temperature-control, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

• Complete assigned opening, shift-change, restocking, and closing duties.

Schedule Expectations

• Work scheduled shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs and your availability.

• Arrive in the approved uniform and be ready to work at the scheduled start time.

• Follow store procedures for availability changes, time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Stand and move for most of the shift in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Regularly bend, reach, twist, and use hands to prepare food, operate equipment, clean, and serve guests.

• Lift, carry, push, or pull supplies and equipment consistent with safe work practices and company policy.

• Work near ovens, warmers, blenders, refrigeration equipment, cleaning products, and wet or hot surfaces.

• Follow all safety practices and ask for help when a task cannot be completed safely.

• Guest service: friendly, attentive, and professional interactions.

• Speed and accuracy: prompt order preparation with correct items, portions, and payments.

• Product quality: fresh products prepared to Auntie Anne’s and Jamba standards.
