West Logistics LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Reefer Drivers for nationwide freight runs. We are looking for dependable, hard-working drivers who want consistent miles, strong support, and reliable equipment.

Our drivers operate late-model tractors and refrigerated trailers hauling freight across the United States. We value communication, professionalism, and on-time service.

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Refrigerated
• OTR
• $1,500 - $3,000 gross total weekly avg. pay
• $0.65 - $0.7 CPM
• 2,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
• $500 sign on bonus
• Line Haul, LTL
• 5% Driver Load/Unload

• 28 - 60 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 7 days of home time for every 28 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• Lunch is included
• Orientation is performed partly or in full online
• Does not cover any travel expenses

• Class A license
• 5 years OTR experience
