Benevolent Family Services (BFS) is a Joint Commission-accredited, DBHDS-licensed behavioral health organization offering PHP and IOP services to adults and adolescents across Hampton and Richmond, Virginia. Position Overview

The Group Facilitator plans and leads structured therapeutic group sessions, maintains compliant clinical documentation, and supports members in working toward individualized recovery goals within a structured day-program environment.
