Reports to: District Manager
The Manager In Training position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, managing employees, and the store, especially when the manager is not in the store. This includes supervision and training of employees as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive, team-oriented, management style.
