We're seeking a candidate with an Associate degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, along with at least one year of relevant work experience involving independent decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
