Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in the construction industry while gaining hands-on experience in estimating, blueprint reading, and project coordination. The Entry-Level Estimator will assist with reviewing project documents, preparing take-offs, and supporting the estimating team throughout the bidding process.
Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent educational/trade experience). Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprint reading. Strong interest in construction estimating and project planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF readers, and willingness to learn estimating software. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Internship, coursework, or prior exposure to construction, estimating, or project coordination is a plus. Familiarity with construction terminology and estimating software is preferred but not required.
