• Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $21.14/hour

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Retail Support

• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Answer customer questions professionally and accurately
• Build positive customer relationships and experiences
• Support retail sales and customer engagement initiatives

Reception & Front Desk Support

• Greet guests and manage front-desk activity
• Handle customer inquiries and direct visitors appropriately
• Support appointment coordination and walk-in traffic management
• Answer phones and provide general assistance
• Maintain a polished and professional reception environment

Inventory & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy before shipping
• Process outgoing deliveries and maintain fulfillment records
• Track inventory levels and support stock management
• Assist with inventory organization and operational workflow

Store Operations & Organization

• Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Keep retail and storage areas clean and organized
• Support store setup, organization, and operational efficiency
• Assist during peak customer periods and events
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming retail environment

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with retail and operations team members
• Support promotional activities and customer events
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Customer service experience required
• Reception or front-desk experience required
• Retail, hospitality, or beauty industry experience preferred
• Beauty, cosmetics, or skincare experience preferred
• POS system experience is a plus

Language Skills

• English fluency required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
