HR AI Product Owner

This role is open to our US Hub locations (Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX) What will you do: * Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy * Define business requirements and use case vision * Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools) * Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis * Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub What will make you successful: * Demonstrated expertise in AI for HR or Employee Experience landscape * Strong technical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail * Excellent communication skills with ability to support diverse stakeholder groups * Able to work independently with a high level of personal ownership within a global team * Currently local to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year.
This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
