Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: It is a 100% Onsite position. Locations: Atlanta GA, Dallas TX or Houston TX, Chicago IL, Denver CO, Las Vegas NA, Orlando FL 100% Travel Required, and will be a paid travel JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you a Hotel Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Night Auditor tired of weekend shifts and the daily hotel grind? We are looking for hospitality operations experts to pivot into enterprise tech consulting. You will travel to hotel properties across the US, acting as the on-site Oracle expert to train hotel staff and support their transition to new OPERA software systems. We do not need a software engineer, we need someone who knows exactly how a hotel front desk actually runs WHAT YOU WILL DO: Travel on-site to hotel properties to provide practical configuration, system utilization reviews, and functional assistance for OPERA PMS and associated systems. Provide shoulder-to-shoulder Go-Live support, training nervous front desk staff and employees on how to use the new system effectively. Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks during property Go-Lives. Employer-Sponsored Certification: As part of your onboarding, we will sponsor your training to achieve official Oracle OPERA Cloud implementation credentials
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: At least three (3) years of functional and technical experience in hotel operations using a Property Management System. Excellent, hands-on functional and technical experience specifically with the OPERA Property Management System. A 2-year or 4-year degree in Hospitality, Hospitality Management, or equivalent hospitality-related experience/training. Proven experience training other employees or users on hotel software systems. Must possess a valid passport and a valid driver's license for on-site client travel. Ability to travel 100% of the time across the US (All approved project travel, flights, hotels, and per diem are fully reimbursed).
