Job description

National Business Development Manager | Build Relationships. Drive Growth.

A growing general contractor is ready to hire a National Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives throughout the United States.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships with key industry decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide

• Drive strategic growth across multiple markets and regions

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

• Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution

• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to support project pursuits

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience

• Construction industry experience preferred

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to develop and grow strategic accounts

• Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to travel nationally
