What You’ll Do
· Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
· Convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales
· Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
· Learn a modern automotive sales process designed to maximize customer satisfaction and closing opportunities
· Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety, performance, and features with confidence
· Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and showroom guests
· Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and dealership communication tools
· Deliver a transparent and unique customer-focused experience from initial contact to delivery
