Slows Bar BQ is seeking experienced FOH leaders for our flagship Detroit restaurant and our new Ann Arbor location. This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of guest service, and maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of managing high-volume shifts while overseeing administrative duties including labor management, inventory, and staff training.
1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment * Toast POS fluency a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
