• Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends!) What You’ll Do Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads).
• Follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest.
• Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Earn commission for every billable transfer ( customer on call 3+ mins ).
• What We’re Looking For Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and coachable.
