Landscape Designer

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for planning and designing outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborating with clients and project teams, you will develop design concepts, prepare detailed plans, and select appropriate plants and materials to create sustainable and attractive landscapes. This role requires strong design skills, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects that meet client expectations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs from concept through construction
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and bidding packages
• Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and clients
• Manage projects to meet schedules and budgets
• Support construction observation and design implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Experience in landscape design, project management, and construction observation
• Strong design, hand drawing, and graphic presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of construction documents, hardscape, planting, lighting, and landscape details
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• GIS experience is a plus!
