Business Analyst (Train The Trainer Program)
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 25 years of experience and basic technical/programming knowledge. Candidates should understand object creation, one-to-many/many-to-many relationships, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend company-provided training from Aug 1825
- Post-training, work remotely from India
- Train other team members (both offshore & onsite in Chicago/Atlanta)
- Participate in long-term "Train the Trainer" program
Preferred:
- Based in or open to relocation to Chicago or Atlanta (will be prioritized)
- Strong fundamentals in programming concepts and business analysis
Preference for Candidates from Chicago or Atlanta (for future onsite collaboration)
Experience: 5 Years
Start Date: August 18, 2025
Training Period: August 18 August 25 (Company-Provided)
