The Account Manager role is remote, however, the candidate must be open to going to the office when necessary with advance notice. The role is LOA Coverage with a max submission rate of $73.90 per hour. The possibility of role extension depends on the need. This role will not be converted to full time; it is LOA Coverage only.
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering best-in-class client experience when working with the client. The Account Manager will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, the Account Manager will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, on-time launches, and exceptional execution of Annual Plans. The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, or Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ).
