Sheehy VW of Springfield is currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager / Finance Manager to join our amazing team.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive finance, strongly focused on compliance requirements, strong leadership skills, and committed to delivering the best customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at two years or more of stable employment and experience as a Automotive Finance Manager or Sales Manager with a proven track record in desking deals effectively, and providing exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills are essential for success in this role.
