Responsibilities:

-Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose production machinery, packaging systems, and facility structures to identify operational issues.
-Perform routine and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring delicate high-value tools, filling machines, and equipment are cleaned and recorded.
-Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis to implement corrective actions and optimize production uptime.
-Complete general building repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
-Maintain material handling vehicles, tools, safety items (fire extinguishers, exit signs), and building systems to guarantee functionality and compliance.
-Partner cross-functionally with production and quality teams to log equipment issues, document completed repairs, and improve overall performance.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Technical certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a related field.
-Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.
-Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or digital maintenance tracking systems.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-At least 2???5 years of progressive maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
-Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
-Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable personal transportation.
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods (5???8 hours), lift 50+ pounds independently, and safely operate forklift or scissor-lift equipment at elevated heights.
