D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., was founded in 1978 and is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. It is engaged in the construction and sale of high-quality homes designed principally for the entry-level and first time move-up markets. The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Corporate Compliance Analyst. The right candidate will provide advisory support to help analyze the Company's compliance with federal, state, and local regulations relating to artificial intelligence (AI), privacy and other compliance matters. This position serves as a subject-matter resource for compliance matters and provides administrative assistance to the Corporate Legal department.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 24 years of experience in compliance positions or legal support. Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential. Working knowledge of AI and privacy regulations and related compliance processes with the ability to interpret and share regulatory information clearly. Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and compliance-related documentation. Commitment to handling sensitive legal and environmental information appropriately. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications. Ability to sit for the majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision. The noise level is generally moderate. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Familiarity with federal and state privacy regulations and compliance processes.
