Other: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established by Binions is essential to the successful performance of this position. Team Members with irregular attendance will be subject to Binions disciplinary action procedures. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the property. Upon employment, all Team Members are required to comply with Binions policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Team Members who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action.
