As an Evening Shift Supervisor, you are the leader on duty responsible for team performance, customer experience, and store execution during your shift. This is an opportunity to grow your leadership career in a company that values accountability, ownership, and results.

Lead and manage store operations during your shift. Supervise, coach, and develop store associates. Deliver exceptional Quality, Variety, and Service (QVS). Resolve customer concerns and support positive shopping experiences. Monitor sales, labor, and store performance metrics. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards. Walk the sales floor and back areas to maintain operational excellence. Partner with store leadership to execute company goals.
Proven leadership experience in retail. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead from the front and work alongside your team. Customer-first mindset. Accountability and ownership mentality. Comfortable traveling between store locations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work a 50-hour schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role within the store. You'll spend much of your time on the sales floor and throughout operational areas, coaching associates, supporting customers, and driving performance in a dynamic retail environment.
