Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide vital support in school classrooms, offering the flexibility of per diem opportunities based on coverage needs. As an Instructional Aide, you will:
- Support students both academically and behaviorally, working individually and in small groups under teacher supervision
- Assist students during daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation

- Provide support with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed

To be considered, you must meet school compliance requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Recent tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the district)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Clearances must be current or obtained before starting
Preferred experience includes:
- Work in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (not required but beneficial)
