Job description
The Nocturnist Physician PEM role will be working in the Pediatric Emergency Medicine specialty, located in Medical City Dallas - PEM Dallas, TX. Job Details: Envision is recruiting a skilled Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our growing nocturnist team at Medical City Children’s Hospital, a thriving, highacuity children’s hospital in Dallas. Qualifications: PEM fellowship or 4-year dual EM residency Position Profile: 8-9 hour overnight shifts with enhanced compensation CME funds provided Comprehensive benefits package for full time status (12-14 shifts/month) Facility Information: Medical City Children’s Hospital is the flagship children’s hospital of the large network of Medical City Hospitals. The hospital is a 254-bed, award-winning, pediatric healthcare facility, delivering specialized pediatric care. It boasts a 37-bed pediatric med-surg unit supported by a PICU and CVICU with a robust ECMO program. The emergency medicine group works alongside exceptional subspecialists in pediatric surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, nephrology, pulmonology, ENT, cardiology and infectious disease. The site also operates a pediatric hematology-oncology program, in addition to a psychiatric hospital with dedicated pediatric services. Located on the same campus, Medical City Dallas includes a Level IV NICU and adult hospital, making it the only hospital in the DFW metroplex to offer comprehensive care for all ages including, women and infant services under the same roof.
