The Role

But this position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As a Client Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive. You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer. Collaboration is key, and as a Client Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond. Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights. Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep knowledge of business technology trends within the Automotive/Manufacturing industries, OEMs, supply chain and best practices.
  • 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • 5+ years' experience running account P&L
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $175,080 to $343,920 Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560 New York City: $191,040 to $343,920 Washington: $175,080 to $315,240 Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
