(Theres a reason weve never had a down year and never had to tighten our belt)./ppAre you a fit?/ppWe are looking for a highly trained professional and organized mitigation manager for our fast-paced business. The primary functions of the mitigation manager is to:/pulliTravel to damaged homes or businesses and support the cleanup and restoration of water, mold, smoke and fire damaged property./liliRepresent the company to create lasting impressions with our clients that differentiates us from our competition. Demonstrate to all customers, fellow employees and others a sincere concern and interest in each customer and in the services provided to each customer./liliIs expected to maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties which may be encountered from time to time./liliDemonstrate company services knowledge and continue to educate in technique, equipment, technology, etc/liliDetermine and execute proper mitigation and remediation procedures./liliResponsible for learning and staying up to date with all required programs, including but not limited to DASH, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA, Matterport, etc./liliOversee all scheduling of jobs and water loss inspections to control unneeded overtime./liliEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers, in a timely and clear fashion./liliMeet daily with project managers and project coordinators to discuss status of ongoing projects and to supervise that the following requirements are met./liliFiles are properly documented and up to date, including but not limited to dates, participants and compliance tasks./liliMeet our programs guidelines (response time, initial upload time, final upload cycle time)./liliTrain, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise all mitigation department staff, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work./liliProvide training, expertise and supervision./liliEnsure the compliance with OSHA guidelines as well as Paul Davis safety standards./liliEnsure that all paperwork, data entry and photos are being completed and are thorough./liliAssure moisture inspections and documentation is being performed correctly when inspecting servicing losses./liliUtilize drying equipment according to company and industry standards./liliPerform demo services according to company procedures including maintaining a clean work site./liliIdentify and follow all company procedures regarding potential lead and asbestos containing materials./liliHave a great knowledge and understanding of the IICRC S500 and S520./liliIdentify and resolve client concerns promptly./liliLead team to handle client concerns with a sense of urgency./liliLead and project manage large mitigation jobs when needed./liliMake sure the calendar/compliance tasks are current and updated in a timely manner./liliAnswer phone calls from staff 24/7/365 and respond to jobs when needed./liliPerform job site inspections of crew to ensure quality control./liliParticipates in annual performance reviews for water loss staff./liliEnsure mitigation department vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times./liliAssist other production departments when needed./liliPerform other duties as needed or assigned./liliManager is task oriented, a problem solver, is empathetic, passionate and excited./liliYou are a winner with a provable track record of success./li/ulpIf youre a hard-working professional with something to prove and a passion to be the very best then you might be a fit for us/ppAlong with the job-specific qualifications (below) here are the qualities were looking for in our perfect candidate:/pulliYou work hard/liliYou love working with a team/liliYoure tech savvy/liliYou love to challenge yourself and you want to learn/liliYou are resourceful/liliYou understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)/liliYou understand and are willing to follow our core values:/liulliDeliver what you promise/liliRespect the individual/liliHave pride in what you do/liliPractice continuous improvement/li/ul/ulpAs an equal opportunity employer, candidates will receive consideration without discrimination against race, creed, color, sex, national origin, handicap status or veteran status./ppRequirements:/pulliMust be able to have flexible availability including weekends and some nights./liliMust have strong communication skills./liliMust have mitigation experience./liliMust be able to work with other technicians and staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job./liliMust be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet efficiently./liliMust be motivated to work independently and multi-task./liliKnowledge on DASH, Xactimate or Symbility is/li/ul/div
