As a Customer Service Manager for the office, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Communication and problem-solving abilities.
This position is temporarily remote.
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
