About the Role:

As the Manager, Facilities Business Systems, you will lead the strategy and daily execution of Grocery Outlet's CMMS operations and facilities business processes. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Facilities & Refrigeration and partnering closely with Capital Projects and Construction leadership, you will ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable maintenance workflows across all stores. This includes overseeing facilities coordinators, work order performance, asset data governance, financial controls, and reporting accuracy. You will drive operational maturity in capital planning, compliance, vendor performance, workflow standardization, automation, and analytics while collaborating with Facilities, Refrigeration, Construction, Capital Projects, Finance, IT, and field operators to deliver measurable improvements. Experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • CMMS Strategy & Optimization Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's CMMS to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable Facilities and Refrigeration operations.
  • Coordinator Leadership & Work Order Execution Oversee and develop Facilities Coordinators while driving excellence in work order accuracy, workflow management, customer support, and service delivery.
  • Data Governance & Integrity Maintain strong governance of all facilities and refrigeration data, including assets, work orders, costs, PMs, compliance, and vendor records.
  • Performance Reporting & Capital Planning Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, financial reports, and capital planning insights to support informed operational and investment decisions.
  • Financial Controls & Vendor Management Strengthen cost coding accuracy, warranty validation, vendor compliance, and invoice review processes while supporting onboarding and performance oversight of service providers.
  • Compliance, Safety & Audit Readiness Ensure all maintenance and refrigeration programs meet EPA, SB-1206, safety, and internal audit standards through accurate documentation and structured workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate closely with Facilities, Refrigeration, Construction, Capital Projects, Finance, IT, and Independent Operators to align workflows and elevate service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Modernization Drive system automation, workflow enhancements, and SOP standardization to reduce reactive work, strengthen reliability, and improve overall operational efficiency.

About The Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 Annually

About You:

  • 7+ Years of CMMS management experience.
  • 5+ Years leading a team of facilities coordinators.
  • Hands-on, outcomes-oriented operations leader with deep infrastructure knowledge and a passion for delivering reliable, customer-focused services.
  • You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, and you bring discipline, structure, and strategy to everything you touch.
  • Able to operate with urgency while building long-term stability.
  • High integrity, strong business judgment, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience owning and administering a CMMS end-to-end, including configuration, workflows, reporting, governance, and continuous optimization (Corrigo Enterprise experience strongly preferred).
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness across work orders, assets, PMs, costs, and compliance records.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, capital vs. expense rules, forecasting, variance analysis, and multi-year asset and capital planning for facilities and refrigeration infrastructure.
