Join a financially stable and highly respected commercial builder Opportunity to work on large-scale commercial construction projects Long-term career growth potential within an established organization Collaborative culture that values leadership, accountability, and teamwork Opportunity to help shape the next generation of project leadership as the company continues to expand Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Job Details Job Duties Oversee daily field operations from project startup through completion Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout construction Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with project requirements Identify and resolve field-related issues while maintaining project milestones Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies Mentor and develop field staff Job Requirements 5-10 years of commercial construction experience OSHA training required Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ Experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software Experience with BIM technologies preferred Ability to successfully manage multiple trades and project stakeholders Interested in hearing more?
