Plans, defines, directs, coordinates and governs the development of highly complex critical machined components through the manufacturing engineering process to support product cost, manufacturing process development, CNC programming, ERP product configuration and engineering systems. Oversees product and process development both internally and externally.

Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering discipline required, with at least 10 years' experience. Advanced Engineering degree preferred. Knowledge of and experience with CNC equipment, metal joining processes, and secondary processes related to precision component machining and manufacturing of electro-mechanical or related assemblies ERP and engineering systems configuration and management Drawing development and document control Product pricing and cost management Use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), lean principles and preventative actions for risk assessment and strategic planning in manufacturing process development
Occasional travel to Arizona sites. Sitting for extended periods of time Occasionally walking
The employee will be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent exposure to hazardous materials commonly used in a manufacturing environment (i.e., safety glasses and shoes) when entering the shop floor area. Normal Office Environment
